Some New HD DVD Titles Announced...

Paramount Home Entertainment has announced REDS (25th Anniversary Edition) on HD DVD, this Nov 7. It will be priced at $29.98 SRP. This HD DVD release will contain all the bonus materials found on the DVD release, possibly with the trailer in High Definition. Expect the main feature to be in 1080p High Definition (OAR) with Dolby Digital-Plus 1.0 and 5.1 audio tracks.

Rhino Entertainment has announced the following 3 music concert titles coming to HD DVD on Nov 14. They are:

• The Eagles - Live In Melbourne
• Cream - Live at the Royal Albert Hall
• James Taylor - A MusiCares Person of the Year Tribute

Rykodisc is indicating that they are releasing 3 special interest titles on HD DVD, Oct 31. Each is expected to be priced at $29.95 SRP. They are:

• Antarctica
• Visions of the Sea: Explorations
• Fireplace - Visions of Tranquillity
