HD DVDs To Be Released Next Tuesday, July 24

Next week's HD DVD releases includes the catalog titles from Universal Studios Home Entertainment - The Bourne Identity, In Good Company, Nutty Professor II: The Klumps, Scent of a Woman & Streets of Fire - and Out for Justice & Purple Rain from Warner Home Video. Among them, The Bourne Identity HD DVD will feature HD DVD-exclusive U-Control Picture-in-Picture Instant Access and Nutty Professor II: The Klumps & Purple Rain HD DVDs will each contain a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 (English) lossless audio track.

Besides the catalog titles, First Look Home Entertainment will also be releasing The Contract on HD DVD (day-and-date with the DVD) next Tuesday. The main feature will be presented in 1080p High Definition video with Dolby Digital-Plus 5.1 & DTS audio (English). English Closed Captions and Spanish subtitle option are provided. Bonus materials include Inside The Contract Documentary, Hi-Def previews, a picture-in-picture First Look Inside Look, photo gallery and bookmarking feature.
