Final Post...

A Special Thank You Message for All Readers…

Thank you for helping us spread the word about this blog, the HD DVD Format Blog. To be honest, after all the pieces of news and information we’ve gathered/received had been processed and posted, we simply don’t have anymore free time to promote the blog. But what’s the point of this blog if there isn’t any audience at all?

Hence, we’re glad that readers appreciate the time and effort we’ve put in to provide news and information on HD DVD, by helping us promote the blog.

By providing our weblinks on your posts in various online forums or adding this blog to your list of recommended websites or adding it as one of the sources for your articles, you’ve enabled us to share HD DVD news and information with many other readers who have just began to embrace HD DVD, thereby expanding our audience reach.

To all who have contributed news to us over the past 2 years, we appreciate the effort and you’d be very pleased to note that we have benefitted greatly from your inputs. (We’re no journalists and have no official media contacts. So your inputs and contributions have been very valuable to us.)

Next, we would also like to thank all readers for continuing to trust this blog as a credible and timely source of HD DVD news and information. Your frequent visits to this blog and continuous support have been an encouragement over the past 2 years.

We would also like to thank the various press agencies and online retailers (possibly located all over the world) for the replies and inputs regarding the international HD DVD releases. Our coverage of international HD DVD releases would not have been possible without their help.

Before I end on the note of "goodbye", I've decided to attached Warner Home Video's first HD DVD Promo Reel included with their first HD DVDs. Oh no, I getting reminiscent of the time when I just got my first HD DVD player.

Final post and goodbye...

This will be the final post and this blog will not be updated anymore. But all the previous content will still be available, arranged in chronological order - sort of like a journal of the life of HD DVD.

Goodbye...

Wild Bear & J.Z.
